Prices and rate :
The prices indicated have been established on the basis of the economic situation in force on the date of your reservation. We reserve the right to add the price of services that you may have requested before the date of your stay.

Payment :
A 30% deposit confirms the reservation.
The 70% remaining is automatically charged 7 days before your arrival.
Possibility of cancellation up to 30 days before arrival and refund within 2 days if cancellation.

Deposit :
A deposit of 500 € is required on arrival in the rental

Cancellations :
Free cancellation 30 days before the arrival date.

Rules and use of the rental :
This is a NON SMOKING property.
Pets not allowed
The rental is not suitable for the organization of private parties which would disturb the serenity of this place.

Responsibility of the customer :
No damage is done to the property or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
No costs incurred due to illegal activity, due to animals and that paid services provided during the stay are properly paid
All debris, waste and rejects are placed in a dumpster, and the dishes clean or in the dishwasher.
The keys must be handed over to the person ensuring the exit
All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure.

You are responsible for damages caused by misuse of the property and the payment of repairs or the replacement of damaged items will be your responsibility, they will be deducted in priority from the deposit and invoiced in addition if the amount of the deposit is insufficient or in excess. full if the deposit has not been requested at the start of the stay.

Falsified or fraudulent reservations :
In the event of a booking made fraudulently, all amounts that have not been actually paid may not be deducted from the normal rental amount.

Occupation of the house :
The number of people is defined by the rental deed.

Any additional person who could be accepted after prior agreement of the manager will incur a supplement to be defined with the manager.
The maximum number of people is limited for each property.

Responsibility :
We free ourselves from all the disturbances caused by climatic phenomena. Any stay that we would be obliged to cancel entirely or partially will involve the reimbursement of the sums paid by the customer in full or in proportion without the latter being able to claim compensation. Any stay interrupted by the customer, for any reason whatsoever, cannot give rise to a refund.

Written exception :
Any exceptions to the above policies must be approved in writing in advance.
